ATRS Help Center

The ATRS Link allows access to patient images and report(s) from any web browser. For patient safety, access is only granted for a limited time. If you need additional time, you have a few options:

  • Contact us to extend time for the link.
  • Contact us to create a new link after it has expired.
  • You can download the images and report(s)* to your own computer.

Logging in:

In order to log in to our site, you will need to provide the patient last name and date of birth.

Patient Last Name is NOT case sensitive, and may or may not include the hyphen if the patient has multiple last names.

Patient Date of Birth must be in the form of YYYY-MM-DD (four digit year, two digit month, two digit day) format.

Accessing Images & Reports:

Once you are logged into the portal, you will have the ability to:

  • View or download the report(s) (when available*)
  • View patient images online.
  • Download a copy of patient images and report(s) to your local computer.

The Report Button will open the report as a PDF file in your browser window, or may download directly as per your browsers settings.

The Online Viewer will show patient images in a separate window so that you can view the images in the browser.

The Download Exam button will take all patient images for that study and report (when available*) and zip them with a portable image viewer that can be used on any Windows PC at any time.  This file is an .exe file, and can be moved to a flash drive or CD on your local computer.**

If you have any questions or issues that are not addressed here, please reach out to us at help@raddico.com.  If it is an urgent matter, please call us at (805) 900-0711.

* Reports are generally available 2 business days after the study is completed.
** Please note that we do not provide further IT support on how to burn a CD, or copy the file to a flash drive.
